Lotto

Have a good idea, but still have some pockets to fill. What if we got a large group of people together and each person donated $1. Every week or month we had a drawing for who wins the lotto. Sounds like a great idea.

The questions i have are one, how would the people know that their dollar was safe. I am not a thief. I would not keep the money and I think that this lotto could be a very good thing. Two, does anyone know how we could keep the dollars safe? Maybe sent directly to the winners bank from each person's bank accounts?

Also i'd like to find something that made sure people were not making multiple accounts.
